- Male predominance
- Hand and wrist predilection
Clinical Features
- Small painless nodule attached to tendon sheath
- Fingers and wrist most common
- Slowly growing

Imaging
MRI: low-signal nodule adherent to tendon sheath
Pathology
- Dense fibrous tissue with cleft-like spaces
- Scattered spindle fibroblasts
- t(2;11) in some cases
Genetics
t(2;11)(q31-32;q12) in subset
Treatment
- Simple excision curative
- Recurrence possible if incomplete
Prognosis
- Excellent - benign
- Low recurrence with complete excision
